Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 small onion
    1 c. corn flakes
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Let frozen potatoes thaw.
    Meanwhile, chop onion and saute in butter.
    Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion and Cheddar cheese together.
    Add potatoes to mixture.\tPlace in 3-quart casserole.\tMelt butter and mix with corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
