Aunt Effie'S Cranberry Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup (1/4 lb) fresh cranberries
    2 - 3 oz. packages soft cream cheese
    4 tbsp. horseradish (or less!)
    1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
    Put cranberries through food chopper using finest cutter. Blend cheese and horseradish until smooth.
    Whip in cranberries and sugar.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
    Serve with whole-wheat or stone ground crackers.
