Cocoa For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
3 c. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. warm water
2 qt. boiling water
4 gal. hot milk

Preparation

In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix well.
Add boiling water; boil 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in hot milk.
Serves 100.
