Skinny Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lg. cans V-8 (46 oz.)
3 C. Water
1 head Cabbage, chopped
1 stalk Celery, chopped
2 Peppers, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
1 can Mushrooms
1 C. Fresh Green Beans
3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
3-4 Carrots
4 Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp. Garlic
1/4 tsp. Dill Weed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and cook slowly in a covered pan.
Cook for 1 to 1/2 hours.
May season more or less to taste.
Low in calories.
