Cream Of Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 c. College Inn chicken broth
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Sir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually add milk; stir constantly.
    Bring to a boil. Add broth and broccoli.
    Cook over low heat for 30 to 45 minutes, until tenderness of broccoli is to taste.
    Stir occasionally. Don't boil.
