Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 slices American cheese
    crushed saltines or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and place in buttered casserole dish; layer with cheese.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over broccoli and cheese mixture.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Bake 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
