Diabetic Milk Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ice tray frozen milk (skim or 1/2%)
1 c. skim or 1/2% milk
1/2 tsp. flavoring of choice
5 or 6 pkg. Equal sweetener
Preparation

Put frozen milk in blender.
Pour milk, sweetener and flavoring in blender.
Put blender on medium speed until mixed well.
Make sure all the ice milk is chopped up.
It has only about 75 calories per blenderful and very little fat.
