London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. powdered rosemary
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. whole peppercorn
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. oil
    1 clove garlic, split
    1 London broil (2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Mix together Accent, salt, sugar, onion, dry mustard, rosemary, ginger and peppercorn.
    Add lemon juice; mix well.
    Add salad oil and garlic.
    Place steak in a glass dish and add marinade. Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours (or overnight), turning meat occasionally.
    Remove meat from marinade and place on broiler rack. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side.
    Cut steak in thin diagonal slices.
    If meat in 1 1/2 inches thick, it may take 7 to 8 minutes per side.
    Check by cutting into center. Don't cook too done or will be tough.
