Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 small jar pimento
    1 pkg. yellow rice, cooked
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick margarine
    cracker crumbs (Ritz crackers), crushed
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on package (yellow rice). Saute onion and bell pepper.
    Add to rice the remaining ingredients.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
