Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    Italian bread crumbs
    olive oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    Classico Pasta sauce (4 cheese or tomato basil)
    beaten egg + milk
Preparation
    Peel eggplant; slice about 1/2 inch thick.
    Dip in beaten egg and milk mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
    Place in hot oil and cook until all sides are golden brown.
