Chinese Chicken Livers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken livers
1/4 ??? soya sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. grated ginger
1 Tbsp. Maggi
1 Tbsp. Accent (not necessary)
Preparation

Marinate overnight.
Drain, spread on cookie sheet and sprinkle with flour from a sieve.
Sprinkle generously with dark brown sugar.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn.
