Homestyle Pork (Beef) Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean meat, cut up in little pieces
    3 medium potatoes (unpeeled), cut up
    1 (16 oz.) bag carrots, cut up
    1 medium pepper, cut up into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium tomato, cut up into wedges or 1 large can tomatoes
    2 beef bouillon cubes or 2 Tbsp. soup base
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In casserole dish, combine all ingredients, except flour.
    Mix flour and water; sprinkle over mixture.
    Cover casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours until meat and vegetables are tender.
    Serves 6.
