Cheese And Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    14 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. shell macaroni
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onions in large pot until brown; drain. Add garlic salt, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and undrained mushrooms.
    Mix well.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook macaroni shells and drain and rinse with cold water.
    Drain.
    Pour 1/2 of the shells in a large, deep casserole dish.
    Cover with 1/2 of the sauce.
    Spread 1/2 of the sour cream over the sauce and sprinkle 1 package of the Mozzarella cheese over the sour cream.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover; continue baking until cheese melts and browns slightly.
