Nobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine or cooking oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture. Add apples and nuts; mix thoroughly. Bake in 9 x 13-inch cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Use whip cream for frosting.
