Fresh Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash of ground cloves
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Add cranberries and raisins.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until cranberries pop. Remove from heat.
Stir in pecans.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly until serving time.
Makes 8 (1/3-cup) servings.
