Caramel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. sugar
1 c. corn syrup (dark)
2 oz. pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 oz. butter
1 pastry shell (9-inch is okay)
Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar, syrup and melted butter.
Put broken pecans in bottom of uncooked shell.
Pour mixture over them and bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour.
