Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    salsa
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Spread refried beans in bottom of casserole dish.
    Scant salsa over refried beans.
    Place hamburger mixture over top with Velveeta cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and heated through.
    Serve with tortilla chips or microwave.
