Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Ice with cream cheese icing while still warm.
