Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and then add milk and oil.
Drop by teaspoonful into deep fat. Makes about 30 or more.
