Dried Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. cut up peaches (do not peel)
    4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    The night before cooking, mix sugar and vinegar with peaches. The following morning, cook on low heat until brown or color of evaporated peaches.
    Place in hot jar and seal or freeze.
    Makes 7 pints.
