Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients.
Add salad oil and eggs together, then add to dry mixture.
Stir until moistened.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
