Cranberry Holly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. finely chopped fresh cranberries
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Place butter or oleo in large bowl and beat at low speed to soften.
    Blend in grated lemon rind. Mix in dry ingredients; add buttermilk and mix well.
    Beat 2 minutes at low speed.
    Add eggs and beat 1 minute.
    Stir in cranberries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Frost with White Mountain Frosting.
