Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    34 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook vegetables, celery and onion until tender; drain.
    Combine cheese, mayonnaise and vegetables.
    Put into a 9 x 9-inch casserole.
    Combine oleo and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
