Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef (chuck or rump), cut in 2 x 2-inch squares
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 pkg. Italian salad dressing (Good Seasons)
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot for 12 hours on high.
    Stir occasionally to break up or shred meat.
