Coqui - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut cream
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. condensed milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine the coconut cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla in blender.
    Blend at high speed for 30 seconds (or until smooth).
    Add the cinnamon and blend for a few seconds.
    Refrigerate the coqui into chilled parfait or punch glasses.
    Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg on top.
