Lemon Icebox Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker crusts
1 large container Cool Whip (8 to 10 oz.), almost thawed
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
6 fluid oz. pure lemon juice
few drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Beat partially thawed Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk on medium speed until well blended.
Then add lemon juice and yellow food coloring.
Mix well, then pour into graham cracker pie crusts. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Slice and serve.
Very good.
