Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans shrimp soup
    2 c. instant rice
    1 can shrimp or crabmeat
    2 c. milk
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. haddock
Preparation
    Mix all together in bowl. Turn into casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
