Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 rounded c. rice
    pepper to taste
    4 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in skillet.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Pour in skillet and bring to boil.
    Grease casserole dish.
    Pour rice in dish.
    Add pepper to taste.
    Mix pepper, rice and parsley in covered casserole dish.
    Pour skillet ingredients over rice and cook 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Fluff and cook, uncovered, an additional 20 minutes.
