Garden Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. frozen corn
    1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice and cheese.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Remove from heat.
    Fluff.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
