Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large lean pork chops
    2 cans Italian tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium sized yellow onion
    2 large cloves garlic, peeled, but not chopped
    salt to taste
    black pepper (do not skimp)
    water (use 1 tomato paste can and fill it up about 10 times)
Preparation
    The sauce should be rather thin
    at the start as evaporation adds to the richness.
    Do not add sugar or soda to the sauce.
    To lessen the acid taste, long slow cooking and the addition of meat will remove all trace of acid.
