Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can whole peeled or diced, peeled tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    6 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain. Add crushed or chopped garlic and chopped onion. Add tomatoes, sauce and seasoning. Let simmer. Cook lasagna noodles and let set in cold water until ready to use. Using a 9 x 13-inch cake pan or casserole dish, alternate layers of noodles, sauce mix, Mozzarella, cottage and Parmesan cheeses (2 layers). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
