Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb, diced
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 banana, sliced
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, cut in cubes
Preparation

Cook rhubarb, sugar and 1/4 cup water together for 5 minutes. Set aside and cool.
