Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. softened butter or margarine
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Blend softened butter or margarine with sugar.
    Beat eggs, one at a time, with first mixture.
    Add dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk.
    Mix vanilla last.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
