Oven Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix, dry
    3 medium carrots, quartered
    2 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place meat in pan.
    Stir together mushroom soup and onion soup mix until blended; spread over meat.
    Top meat with vegetables (may also place veggies around meat) and sprinkle with water.
    Cover with foil, sealing edges securely.
    Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
