Cheesy Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
4 c. water
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. diced carrots
2 c. diced celery
2 c. diced potatoes
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. Cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
Preparation

Cook chicken in salt and water until tender.
Dice chicken and set aside.
Strain broth, and add vegetables; cook until tender.
Add cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, parsley, and butter to vegetables.
Mix well then add cheese.
Reduce to low heat, and cook until creamy.
Garnish with more cheese before serving.
