Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. spareribs
onions (optional)
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Select meaty spareribs.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in roaster and cover with onions.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover and bake in moderate (350\u00b0) oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally, turning ribs once or twice.
Remove cover the last 15 minutes to brown ribs.
Serves 6.
