Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick oleo
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. coffee
3 Tbsp. oleo
2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
enough warm coffee to make spreadable

Preparation

Bring oleo, cocoa and coffee to boil.
Mix hot ingredients with dry mixture in bowl.
Bake in cookie sheet with sides greased or sprayed with Pam at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
