Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. each: garlic powder and ground cumin seed
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. finely chopped tomatoes
Preparation

Brown ground beef in saucepan, stirring until crumbly.
Add onion and spices, mixing well.
Stir in flour and tomatoes with 5 cups water.
Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
