Conch Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. thin sliced pepperoni
    1 lb. conch
    1/4 lb. popcorn shrimp
    5 medium potatoes, cubed 1/2 c. okra, sliced
    5 cloves garlic
    3 medium onions
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 2 1/2 qt. water
Preparation
    In small amount of olive oil, saute garlic until soft but not brown; remove.
    Combine pepperoni, onions, peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, parsley, salt and pepper and water. Simmer 1 hour.
    Use food processor to break up tissue and chop conch into small pieces.
    Add conch, shrimp, potatoes, okra and cook another hour, or until done.
    Do not overcook.
