No-Egg Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 peeled and chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into muffin pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 350\u00b0 in regular oven or at 450\u00b0 in toaster oven.
