Radicchio With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    3 oz. smoked pancetta or rindless bacon, cut into strips
    1 onion, sliced
    2 lb. castelfranco radicchio or Belgian endive
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a skillet over low heat.
    Add the pancetta and onion; saute for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
