Strawberry Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
red food coloring
1/2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
fresh strawberries

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and cook until thick and clear.
Take from fire.
Add red food coloring and 1/2 package strawberry Jell-O.
Stir well.
Let cool.
Wash strawberries while cooling glaze.
Top with strawberries.
