Farina Balls Dumpling Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. broth
    1/2 c. farina, uncooked plus 1 tsp.
    2 pats butter
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Bring broth and salt to a boil.
    Slowly add farina, stirring constantly until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and eggs. Add parsley.
    Cool.
    Drop by teaspoons into hot chicken or beef broth.
    Simmer, covered, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 24 dumplings.
