Strawberry Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large strawberries
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Set cream cheese aside to soften.
    Remove stems from berries to form a flat base.
    Place on cutting board, pointed end up.
    With a sharp knife, carefully slice each berry in half vertically to within 1/4-inch of base.
    Cut each half into 3 wedges to form 6 petals.
    Pull petals apart slightly.
