Shake And Bake Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion mix
    1/3 c. olive oil
    8 large white potatoes
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in large chunks with skins left on. Wash potatoes real good; leave skins on.
    Place all ingredients in plastic bag and shake.
    Place potatoes in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes until brown.
    Serve hot.
