Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix (or make your own from scratch)
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 sticks oleo or butter
    6 oz. milk chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped Planters cocktail peanuts
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions.
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Use half of cake mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. When done, add chocolate chips, chopped peanuts and caramel mixture.
    Then cover with remaining batter and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
