Cheese Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

14 pieces zwieback
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Preparation

Combine the ingredients thoroughly and reserve 2 tablespoons. Press mixture firmly against the bottom and sides of a 10-inch head pan.
Pour in the filling and sprinkle with reserved zwieback mixture.
