Mary'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/3 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar or more to taste
    2 1/2 c. lite Wesson oil (if prefer Virgin olive oil)
    1 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. powdered mustard
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Mix well in blender or shake in bottle.
    This should have a sweet and sour taste.
    Better if stored in fridge overnight. Shake.
