Light Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. or 2 sticks butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 (1 oz.) bottles brandy flavoring
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. pecans
    3/4 lb. candied cherries
    3/4 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. white raisins
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Add next 4 ingredients, then add the last 4 ingredients.
    Pour in aluminum tube pan, greased and floured.
    Bake for 3 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Half hour before cake is done, remove from oven and brush with honey or syrup.
