Lemon-Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 skinless chicken breasts, halved
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with flour.
    Fry in olive oil for 10 minutes on each side.
    While chicken is cooking, combine 1 tablespoon flour with cold water, stirring with wire whisk to prevent lumps and add rest of sauce ingredients.
    Heat until sauce is thickened, stirring steadily.
    Place cooked chicken in a serving dish and pour sauce over top.
    Serve with rice.
